Some tit has scratched the rear door handle on my R wagon I have searched the web trying to find youtube info on how to swap a mk7 door handle. Cant find anything.. Anyone got any tips. Or links? Cheers. you mean it's not as simple as removing the interior door trim & unbolting it from the inside?

Step 1: Remove the door panel screws. Locate all the screws before you start pulling on the door panel. Some screws are out in the open, but others may have a small trim cover on them. Some can be hidden behind the grab handle as well as around the outer edge of the door panel. Step 2: Separate the door panel from the fasteners/clips.
1. reattach the 2 8mm screws BEFORE reattaching the lock mechanism. 2. make sure the retaining spring is partially located BEFOE putting the surround back into the door. Its a little fiddly, but means when you insert the lock back into the hole you can just push the spring clip back into place.
